Vyanga is a comprehensive Ayurvedic cosmetic procedure aimed at treating pigmentation.
At the beginning of the procedure, a massage with warm herbal oils is performed to nourish and soften the skin. This is followed by the application of a paste made from natural herbs and special ingredients, depending on the needs and skin type. The mask is left on the skin for some time to maximize the absorption of active substances. After this, the face is covered with a mask or compresses to achieve a rejuvenating effect. As prescribed by a cosmetologist, the procedure may include medicated masks using natural ingredients such as honey, turmeric or sandalwood.
