Dr. Sumesh Mani, aged 37, hails from the cradle of Ayurveda, Kerala. He completed his BAMS degree from one of the most trusted and esteemed Ayurveda colleges in South India-Amrita School of Ayurveda 2011.

After graduation, he felt like there was a dire need to know more about the dimensions of the “Science of Life”.  For that, he went on a quest to the outskirts of the state in search of knowledge and practiced traditional Kerala Ayurveda under the guidance of traditional Ayurveda doctors (called Ayurveda Vaidya). This has opened new realms and helped him in acquiring more knowledge and practice in both Panchakarma and Ayurvedic science, in which he is an expert now.

The knowledge and skills he acquired were deep-rooted. This enabled and equipped him with what was needed to help many people across the nation. And, being an avid traveler made the transition from one place to another exciting.
